I want to personally focus on building long-term consistent training relationships with my clients so that they feel equipped to handle any task.
Whether that task is preparing to have the best football season possible, feeling confident in your skin and proud of yourself and body or making sure you can go skiing with your grandchildren or running with your partner.

My core areas
1 to 1
One-on-one, or classic personal training. A PT session can include almost anything, but the whole point is that the training is personalized to your needs.
1 to 2
Two people training towards the same goal can be a powerful collaboration. Duo lessons should be arranged at fixed times, but we try to be flexible.
1 to 4
Also called "micro groups". This is a small PT group (4 participants) who train together towards a common goal at a fixed time each week. Click on the link for more info.
Weight loss
With my experience both personally and professionally I can help you lose weight and feel better about yourself and your body. I specialize in combining fast-paced and weight loss-oriented workouts with health and nutrition advice to help you achieve your goals
Sports teams
I offer basic training to sports teams in most sports. The focus can be strength and stability, flexibility and speed, technique and movement analysis or injury prevention and variation. When I make contact with sports teams, my focus is to map the team's needs before creating the content for the collaboration.
